Denk aan aanhoudende spanningen, onenigheid over verantwoordelijkheden of een slechte sfeer. Het werk komt onder druk te staan, soms met uitval of ziekmelding tot gevolg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Een arbeidsconflict kan grote gevolgen hebben voor werknemer \u00e9n werkgever. Denk aan productieverlies, imagoschade en emotionele belasting. Hoe langer het conflict duurt, hoe hoger de schade. Werknemers voelen zich vaak onveilig of overspannen.
