After two mediation sessions with the team and a <a href=\"https:\/\/commonground-commonsense.eu\/en\/mediation\/\" title=\"Mediation\">mediation<\/a> conversation between one of the doctors and the practice manager, the way to vital cooperation was found again. \u2018Fine, to experience that we were not only given the opportunity to voice our concerns, but that together with the doctors and
