Mediation at health centre group practice
Tensions were running so high between the three GPs of a general practice and their support staff that sickness absence and staff turnover were imminent. After two mediation sessions with the team and a mediation conversation between one of the doctors and the practice manager, the way to vital cooperation was found again. ‘Fine, to experience that we were not only given the opportunity to voice our concerns, but that together with the doctors and practice managers we were also able to find the appropriate solutions.’
