'Without friction no shine' only applies if you can start a conversation about frictions and their origins. We offer professional mediation for labour disputes, business disputes, group issues and governmental issues, guided by certified MfN-registered mediators and experienced project leaders.

Dialogue design, training and implementation

Constructive dialogue is not easy. We are poor listeners, quickly inclined to use our own perspective as a frame of reference, without really hearing, let alone understanding, the other person.
