Interim management Pakhuis de Zwijger
At Pakhuis de Zwijger, we worked to strengthen and renew the organisation after the director's departure. Governance, organisational structure, substantive vision, steering, human resources and ICT were renewed when the new permanent director-director took office. All plans were optimally honoured in the subsidy round. With the biggest compliment: ‘This has become an organisation where people are also listened to who are not always up front shouting that they know and can do it!’
