Vacancy: MfN-registered mediators

For the Randstad, Central and Northern Netherlands regions, we are looking for fellow mediators who are MfN-registered, with specialisations in Labour and/or Government and team mediation.

Your responsibilities

As an independent mediator, you are able to shape the entire mediation process, from assignment formulation to evaluation, according to the MfN guidelines. You maintain your own relationships with clients and mediation participants. You know the playing field and know how to implement the core values: independence, professionalism and neutrality.

Qualifications

You are an MfN-registered mediator with specialisations in Labour and Government, preferably with work experience and a network within the broad public domain. You have a relevant network of your own and enjoy entrepreneurship. You enjoy using your mediation skills for education and training, interspersed with mediation processes and you actively participate in acquiring assignments and refining our offer in design and implementation. Within Common Ground Common Sense, we employ partners from very diverse backgrounds. We value diversity in experiences, thinking and doing.

About Common Ground Common Sense

Within Common Ground Common Sense, we believe in the power of constructive dialogue. As an organisation, we contribute to greater mutual understanding and a more beautiful world by facilitating different working forms of constructive dialogue. We help people and organisations to see conflicts and tensions as opportunities for growth, development and creativity, so that we can find each other again with common sense.

The partners at Common Ground Common Sense facilitate the right conversation at the right time, in an appropriate format, about our clients' issues. In doing so, they mainly help in the search, while ‘finding’ is left to those who ultimately have to do it, with an ‘open mind, open heart, open will’.

Common Ground Common Sense focuses on fields with high social impact, such as healthcare, education, government, public space and the cultural field. Everything we count under the ‘Commons’: where we meet and potentially clash as a society. We focus on restoring mutual understanding and trust.

Mediation is an important part of our repertoire. Our MfN-certified mediators offer professional, independent and neutral guidance in deadlocked situations. We also deploy our mediation skills in other (organisational) development processes.

Partners at Common Ground Common Sense can count on an excellent digital working environment.

Being heard, seen and connected to your environment is vital for both organisations and individuals. Common Ground Common Sense ensures that people find each other with common sense. This is how we contribute to greater understanding and a more beautiful world, and we do so with passion. We would like to meet mediators who agree with our ambitions.
