We help people and organisations to start seeing conflicts and tensions as opportunities for constructive growth and development, so that we can reconnect with reason and compassion.

About us

The gap between the systems of governments, institutions and labour organisations and the lived experience of residents, citizens and employees is getting bigger and bigger. The friction is visible everywhere; increasing polarisation, tension within teams, conflicts between organisations and employees, anger of those affected, resignation of drop-outs, these are symptoms of the same problem.

The established systems of governments, institutes or work organisations turn out not to encompass the unruliness of reality. A reality that must be made negotiable, influenceable and manageable. The system world often lacks the human touch. Common Ground Common Sense helps to understand systems and change them where necessary and possible, so that people can relate to them. Not the system dictates, but a constructive dialogue between people brings the solution.
